IT Management Programme

Mentoring & coaching

Every participant in the In4ra IT Management Programme is paired with an experienced mentor. Through regular 1-to-1 sessions, you will build the skills, confidence and clarity to take the next step in your IT career.

What you get

More than advice — a genuine development partnership

Our mentoring and coaching offer is built around what actually helps people progress in IT careers — not generic career advice, but specific, practical support from someone who has been there.

How it works

The mentoring journey

From your first conversation to ongoing development, here is what to expect when you join the mentoring and coaching strand of the programme.

01

Initial assessment

We start with a structured conversation to understand where you are now, where you want to get to and what kind of support will be most valuable for you.

02

Mentor matching

We match you with a mentor whose experience and background aligns with your goals — whether that's technical leadership, business development or a specific sector.

03

Goal setting session

Your first session with your mentor focuses on setting clear, measurable goals and agreeing how you will work together over the coming months.

04

Monthly 1-to-1 sessions

Regular monthly sessions keep you on track, provide a space to work through challenges and celebrate progress. Sessions are typically 60 minutes.

05

Progress reviews

Every three months we review your progress against your goals, adjust your development plan as needed and set new targets for the next quarter.

06

Ongoing support

Between sessions, you have access to resources, reading recommendations and ad-hoc guidance from your mentor as questions and challenges arise.
