Four placement pathways

Choose the role that aligns with your degree and career ambitions. All placements are based at our London office with some client site visits.

IT Support Engineer

Work on the service desk and infrastructure team. Handle real client tickets, assist with installations and develop your technical skills across a broad range of technologies.

Business Development Associate

Support the commercial team with client acquisition, proposal development, market research and account management. Ideal for business, marketing or management students.

Cyber Security Analyst

Assist with vulnerability assessments, security policy reviews, Cyber Essentials certification projects and client security awareness training.

Project Coordinator

Work alongside project managers on live IT delivery projects. Develop skills in planning, stakeholder management, risk tracking and client communication.

Your year

What your placement year looks like

Every placement follows a structured progression — from induction through to leading your own projects by the end of the year.

Month 1–2

Induction & onboarding

Meet the team, understand our clients and processes, complete structured training and begin contributing to your team.

Month 3–6

Core responsibilities

Take on your primary role with increasing independence. Regular one-to-ones with your mentor and quarterly reviews.

Month 7–10

Lead projects

Take ownership of specific projects or client accounts. Develop leadership and communication skills in a supported environment.

Month 11–12

Handover & reflection

Document your work, present your achievements and complete your university placement report with our support.
