Careers at In4ra
We believe the best work happens when people feel supported, trusted and genuinely valued. Here is what that looks like at In4ra.
Our culture is not a list of values on a wall. It is how we make decisions, how we treat each other and how we show up for our clients every day.
We genuinely care about the wellbeing of our team. Flexible working, open communication and a supportive environment are not perks — they are how we operate.
We encourage everyone to keep learning. Funded certifications, internal knowledge sharing and access to the latest tools mean you are always developing.
We do what we say. Whether it is with a client or a colleague, honesty and accountability are non-negotiable parts of how we work.
We actively build a team that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve. Everyone has a voice and every perspective is valued.
We take our work seriously but not ourselves. High standards, collaborative problem-solving and celebrating each other's wins define our team dynamic.
Hybrid working, flexible hours and a genuine respect for work-life balance mean you can do your best work without burning out.
No two days are identical, but here is what a typical day at In4ra looks like for most of the team.
Morning stand-up with the team — quick wins, blockers, priorities for the day.
Work through your ticket queue or client tasks. No micromanagement — you own your work.
Lunch break. Proper one. We mean it.
Client calls, project work or internal collaboration — depending on your role.
Knowledge share or training session — we run these regularly across the team.
Wrap up, hand over anything urgent, log off. Work stays at work.
The best way to understand our culture is to hear from the people who live it every day.
