Initial performance review and development plan check-in. Salary confirmed for the first year.

Month 6

First certification

First professional certification achieved and formally recognised.

Month 12

Year one review

Full performance review, salary review and career plan for year two agreed.

Month 18

Promotion decision

For graduate pathway participants — formal promotion to management or senior technical role.

Month 24

Senior role

For student pathway participants — progression to senior role or graduate pathway confirmed.

Year 3+

Management

Target management or senior technical role achieved. Three-year career plan in place.
